Currently, Reg is working on an Educational Doctorate degree focused on increasing student voice and identity in student learning experiences. He is also designing and implementing the Authentic Student Learning Experience framework in order to embed student voice, and is working with SSTs to build a model for Student Success for students in grades 7 and 8, and grades 9-12.
At the OCDSB, Reg has greatly enjoyed working with teachers to build and implement learning models and approaches that help students see their own genius.

Students explore a career path that matches their skills, interests and talents while earning a Specialist Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Grade 11 and 12 students can upgrade their OSSD while they try out a sector that interests them and see if it is the direction they want to take.

Specialist High Skills Major Coordinator
Curtis is the new Specialist High Skills Major Coordinator for the OCDSB. His previous roles in the OCDSB have included Secondary Information Computer Consultant/ Technology Enabled Learning Teacher with Business and Learning Technologies for the past three years, taught across the Board as an Itinerant Teacher of Assistive Technology with Learning Support Services and is seconded from Ridgemont High School where he lead Special Education, Student Success and Communications Technology.
Students explore a career path that matches their skills, interests and talents while earning a Specialist Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Grade 11 and 12 students can upgrade their OSSD while they try out a sector that interests them and see if it is the direction they want to take.
